check-in was efficient, i appreciated that. the building itself had private parking right out front which was helpful. i was impressed with some thoughtful touches such as a welcome message, a fan, and soft music already playing. the complimentary water and quality toiletries were a plus.
The occupant in the room above was quite audible. Every movement and plumbing noise disrupted my sleep

I found the restaurant area lovely, and the breakfast was wonderfully cooked and presented each morning. i also enjoyed an evening meal there one night, and the food was perfect. Sarah's service was really good. she was cute and friendly.

THE breakfast selection offered cooked options, fresh fruit, and various pastries I FOUND. The restaurant showed beautiful decor THAT I ENJOYED. The bedroom and bathroom were generously sized AND WELL-APPOINTED.
During check-in, only ONE person was available. THEREFORE, a queue formed.

the hotel had a good location for seeing the town.
The room i booked online looked nothing like the actual room i received. It was much smaller! also, there was some kind of noisy equipment outside the window. It kept clicking on and off all night, it was quite a nuisance and made it hard to sleep. i was really hoping for a quiet stay, but that didn't happen, unfortunately. the staff wasn't really sympathetic, either. That was disappointing, too.

The room upgrade to a superior double was a welcome surprise. The room was beautifully decorated. The restaurant provided really good food for our meals. Parking was convenient with plenty of space available for all guests.
I noticed a slight delay in responding to emails after my stay.
